When I went to clean out my message box (and sent items) they where both empty. There was nothing to clean out, so they should be full......

I believe you have to check your Message tracking section also, and clean it out.

Note at the bottom says I don't have any messages but that I have 8 msgs. in other folders. I'm not aware of any other folders nor have I created any. How do I find them and how do I get rid of them??? Thanks.

Access your pm's..scroll down to the bottom of the screen and you'll see a FOLDERS icon.

If there are no new folders listed there check the drop down menu at the top of the pm screen, it'll have recieved messages, sent messages and message tracking options.....those messages will be in that lot, somewhere

Well... the other folders contain the PM's you have sent. Hmm.. let me find the thingo for you.

Ok.. right above the list of the PM's sent to you, there is this dropdown menu where you can go to either 'Inbox' 'Sent Items' or 'Message tracking'. The last two contain PM's you have sent, you may choose to delete them. (I did yesterday as I had SO many messages in those folders- like 50 or something even AFTER I kept clearing out my inbox etc)

I try to post sensible messages all the time, but that Lalaith gets me so mad I have to spam. Also, it's not my fault I'm the most EVIL and least intelligent half-elf.
