your "ideal" country

if you could take the buracracy, lifestyle,beliefs system,educcation of a different ( NON-FICTIONAL) regions to make your own country

what would you choose

from my travel experience I would say

I'll take the organization of Northern Europe. Hail white people

The Life style of latin america. que mas latinos

I;d take a secular, humanistic, belief system

education hmm I say the reseach monies of american post grad, with asian importance on school but focused on learning and thinking as opposed to grades obession

I haven't done much studying about the governments of other countries, and I only know about lifestyles as much as I've read in our Geography book at school since I haven't traveled much, so all I can say is that I'd want a democracy for sure.

Haven't really travelled too much yet, so a lot of this is drawn from observation, rather than interaction.

Bureaucracy? I guess I would go for one with a European bent.

Belief system: Humanist/atheist + a little good old kiwi apathy.

Hey! We were the first country to let women vote!

Education: Post-grad, probably the US.

Then I'll take all these and abscond to some little greek island paradise where I don't have to wear clothes.

eek. You'd think, considering how much I've thought about an ideal system, I'd have a lot to say here. Well, I kinda do. . .I'll think more on it, but, *prepares to run very far, and hide* there are certain aspects of the Cuban government/system that I like. Well, I'll come back with a more complete mix, and I certainly wouldn't want the entirety of the Cuban system, but definitely some aspects. And no, I am not a communist or a socialist. Nor am I an idealist, which is basically saying the same thing.
