LOTR Two Towers, 1974 2nd Edition

Hi,
I have a query from a guy I work with re: the LOTR maps as supplied below:

Quote:
Can I pick your brains? I am trying to replace my copy of LOTR Book 2, The Two Towers, hardback, 2nd edition circa 1974 which my lovely daughter lost at school some years ago.

I want to find out what map was included inside the back cover, as I have found several copies for sale on the interweb, some with map (dearer), some without (cheaper), but if it is the same map as in Book 1 or Book 3 I can do without the map as I already have those books.

I have trundled around the web a bit but cannot seem to come up with any Google search terms that lead me to what I want to know. Do you happen to know anyone who owns the hardback edition, or can you give me any clues where I might look to find which map it is?

Just out of interest, IIRC it's the same as in Book 1; the Middle-Earth map.
Book 3 has the local map of Gondor and Mordor with the contour lines.
Am I right?

As far as I know but never seen one that old. He could ask them to send a low-rez scan or a phone photo so you can make it out but nothing good enough to copy, should keep any seller happy.
