"Well for one thing," said Hector, between munching on his chicken sandwhich, "I didn't abandon you guys." *munch* I was scouting. And then Bunicula was chasing me..

Nautipus stopped eating for a moment, "I hope it didnt catch anything elso on fire. The blue arrow that is. Imagine what kind of havoc it could cause, the woods on fire, as well as the risk to the Teacup", he contemplated that for a moment then continued to munch on his venison. Then he turned to Hector, "Well, you could have at least told someone, I mean geez. And dont go by yourself next time, what if you turn to stone and we cant find you, huh? What then?" Nautipus continued eating.

"I think what we really need to concentrate on right now is the ditribution of labor for the rest of the trek. And we really need a plan of attack in regards to organization as well. And while I dont find it necessary while we're this close to the Teacup, we should work out shifts for the night watch. At least the first two thirds of this need to be done before we leave here." Said Nautipus around a satisfyingly tender piece of venison.

Bunicula rules!

#1 A Bunicula may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.

#2 A Bunicula must obey orders given to it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.

#3 A Bunicula must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

At hearing Sir GW's strange rules, Mari opened an eye and whispered to Bunicula: "Don't let it bother you. GW is a bit upset about your little slip earlier. Just remember the two rules we made and we'll all be fine. You're still my cute little bunny." And she dozed off to sleep again.

Sane was up throughout the night, working on some scrap of parchment that she had demo'd in order to write something better. She peeked over at GW, as he carefully sat down on his coushion and spouted his new rules.

"Been reading Isaac Asimov, have we Sir Grey?" She wearily put down her pen, finally happy with what she had written, and settled down for a two or three hour nap before they moved out again, and she had to send off her freshly finished missive.
