Ok, Ltnt. Suter was this psycopath killer on Voyager. He killed some extra and got found out. Then he got lessons in controling his urge to kill from Tuvok.

Later, to save the ship he had to kill a bunch of people and was having serious psycological problems with that.

Eventually while sabataugeing the ship so the crew could get it back (never mind) he got shot in the back.

I was dissapointed because I wanted him to die in mortal combat with the lead bad guy and eventually just couldn't kill him.

Anyway, I told you that to tell you this:

I want to be Ltnt. Suter in this story.
