that is the one that i am the most angry about, and they made Saruman and Wormtongue die in completly different ways then they were supposed to!

Think I agree with ItilianLegolas. the shire and Sarumann and Grima died in the wrong place, that was worst. and Faramir taking Frodo and co to Ossgilitah in Two Towers.

Yes. I think the spiked wheel was not only silly and unbelievable, but wasn't even close to his death in the book. It would've been better to have had him go up in smoke and "wisp" away into the sky. It would have made more sense to have Grima throw the palantir first, then stab Saruman, then fall on the wheel himself when Legolas shot him. However, that scene was "spoiled" so far in advance that I was pretty well prepared when I finally saw it.

Elves arriving at Helm's Deep. I mean, come on. PJ could at least try to stay with the book. How could he ut such a thing in - it's totally wrong!

But it isn't the worst, as I see it. clearly wrong, and easily done something with, but not the worst. Maybe PJ wanted to create a impression of the last alliance again. Elves and men fighting together. But he could have skipped that, I agree.

He should have skipped it. In the first movie, I could still go with all the fake stuff (like Arwen saving them!) but when those Elves arrived there, i just decided that PJ went too far. That spoiled the rest of the movie and the way I looked at LotR movies.
