I just re-watched that scene and he yells at one of Boromir's comrades but we can't hear it. It looks like he says "human fool!"

Boromir doesn't have any comrades
And Where did you find this out?
about Arwen and her brothers.

And you can't see him very well in the movie
And in my opinion Most all elves are Hot and Beautiful Cause that is how they are discribed in the book (not in those exact words though)
