I also have been unable to get an avatar to work. I have a really nice picture of an opossum, but it is too big and I don't know how to scale it down to a proper size.

I do not know much about .ani files because I use a Mac and I believe that is a Windoze file....correct me if I am wrong.

I want a Mac laptop badly. I hate PCs with a passion now. Mine keeps burping up blue screens, shutting down and just being stupid. I've never had one of the newer Macs freeze up on me.
