hobbit film?

Hello. I have heard that right now, Peter Jackson does not have the film rights to the Hobbit. I have come across a trailer, however, for the Hobbit (I'm about 99% sure its fake lol), it has a lot of clips from FOTR with Bilbo and the Ring and Gollum in his cave, with the Requiem for a Dream music, and some clips of a dragon setting a village on fire. It says that it will come out on Dec. 19 2006 lol can anyone confirm 100% that this is a fake trailer?

Yep, I have the same trailer somewhere. It's made by some fans, if I remember correctly.

Did a little search on google and found a news-item on TORn about it. But you could always try in case they've forgotten it.
