Arwen Undomiel A picture of Luthien

http://www.angelfire.com/clone/carbo...ien_colour.gif

Woo! I drew that, then scanned it, then edited it and coloured it on photoshop. It's supposed to be Luthien waiting for the hunting party at the foot of the tree Hirilorn.
I can only draw lanterns so I added one in.

I like it. Very abstract in a way. I like the light effect. Very nice.

better than most pictures of Luthien, I like her pose. A lot of pictures of her just simply suck. But this ones good.

I agree, a most excellent portrayal. I like the way you didn't show her face; what artist could really capture it? Better to leave the face of Luthien un-seen, in my opinion.

I agree wholeheartedly. I like it so much, I've made it my wallpaper. (Changed the Eowyn & Aragorn one)

Marvellous!

I like it. It doesn't try to force a picture of her into your head like most artists would try to make Luthien as they picture her and screw your idea up. Not this one. It's more about the feeling than the detail.

Nice and moody - atmospheric.

Beautiful pic Ninquelote. Very atmospheric. The mood is perfect with impending sorrow implied......

Interesting. although I have already seen the pic, I clicked on the provided link just now, and it said:
