Goodbye Stress!

What do you do to relive stress? I have a ball filled with gel and I squeeze that, I take 2 smoothe stones and role them together and I shake my foot uncrontrolable(sp?).........fgf's dad does it, so I'm not the only one in the world.......

I hit things and write letters about the stress. It feels good to get it out in paper what's wrong

When I'm stressed, I usually just think about something besides what I'm stressed about, like how to improve my Warhammer army or what movies to see. Either that, or I wake up in the middle of the night and sweat profusely.

When I'm stressed I sleep (for some reason I just go to sleep & wake up refreshed), but if I can't do that I drink or find 17 year old virgins to play with

Yeah, but ssssssssshhhhhhhhh - don't tell

Actually it's because I'm sick & feeling really miserable & sorry for myself, besides you guys need me - I've seen some of the horrible nonsense that certain people have said & I think I should give them a bit of a wake up before I leave (again).

I have been semi-good about it though (haven't been on a spam fest have I?)

Sometimes I relieve stress by playing my clarinet. It gets my mind off everything else, becuase I'm completely concentrating on the music. But I also relieve stress by screaming into my pillow until I can't talk anymore.

Sometimes I juggle three balls when I'm stressed. It doesn't work too well though, but at least I have become a very good juggler.

Yes but if I came to your place Id have no need to wash the dishes because my stress would be relieved in more eventful ways....

Yeah I find thats a great stress reliever too. Until their dads come after you with a shot gun. Then I have to go wash dishes again. Talk about stress!

Drink.

Have sex (sorry K', I fail on both ya criteria....shame, I'm always willing to help a friend in a stressfull situation ).

Grab my tent, sleeping bag and credit card and just escape somewhere for a while (which I've just done this weekend ).

Music..........(probs the best stress reliever known, no hangover either ).

Yeah music's the best stress relief. Listening to music and making dance routine's. YOu put so much concentration into it you forget everything else and then you get tired.

Oh and if i don't feel energetic and feel like dancing i'll read that's second best.

Music is great. And food food is really good, which prob explains why i have a nervous breakdown every time i try to go on a diet. Writing helps me alot too. Making your own world inwhich you live until you make a newer and better one.

I love to play my clarinet when I'm upset becuase it can get louder than I can when I'm mad! How long have you been playing?

I use to be a big fan of random acts of violence when I was younger ..................... I guess I've mellowed in my old age . Or I've just found better ways to release those endorphins than using agression

EDIT: I forgot the biggest stress reliever of all LAUGHTER! How did I forget the age-old tradition of ignoring the bills, arguments and resposibilities of life and just going out and having damn good fun?

I dance, or yell a bit and chuck a couple of things.
Or I read.
