The Life of David Gale
Hope there isn't another thread on this but I did a bit of the search and couldn't find one. Just got back from watching The Life of David Gale- the new Kevin Spacey film and I wondered if anyone else had seen it and what they thought of it. Its been severely bagged out by the critics here but I thought it was fantastic. If there are any other Mooters out there who have seen it and have a view on the film or the criticism of it post here, it'd be nice to have some different opinions. Mx

I liked it, but it was pretty predictable and the first sex scene was a little over the top. It is rated R, though, and I'm a bit prudish.

i havent seen it but i love all of kevin spaceys movies like the usual suspects and k pax but im hoping to see it. if i ever do see i expect to be good.

I also thought it was really good, altho u can kinda guess the end after a while. It raised some important points about the death penalty, and seeing as I am so dead against it I culd identify with why they felt so strongly. Also, Constance (Meryl from Truman Show) did a brilliant lot of acting.
