Coolest place in middle earth

Where's the coolest place in M.E? I'd say Rivendell.

Or if you want to be technical...Caradhras or the equivalent would be "coolest". ^__^

But seriously... I think anywhere Elven would be cool. I could probably live in the libraries of Rivendell. So many books... so little time.... The Shire would be terrific too.
