in the movie the two towers my friend say that the palinter of gondor or whatever is supossed to happen in the two towere but i say it happens in return of the king can anyone help me with this?

well.... in TTT book, Pippin looks into the palantir at night and gets really scared and Gandalf takes Pippin away.

If that is what your friend meant then he/she is right.

Hello and welcome. I wasn't really clear on what your question was, but I brought the thread about the palantir in TTT to the top of the forum, so you could discuss it there. From the title of this thread, I also thought you might have meant that they made a mistake, and the appropriate place for that would be in the Mistakes thread (just do a search for it). I'm going to close this thread now.
