Icons on the message board

Hi. I noticed that many of you have really cool icons next to your names on the message board. How can I acquire one of these pretty things?

I usually get them fromthis site or this one

You then go to your usercp and options. At the bottom it will say change avatar!

There are millions of closed threads on this and if you do a search you would of found your answer
