Really can't help you there. lol -I've pretty much given up on the male gender... though I am only 14 and have plenty of time to change my mind. They are the source of excess frustration...

Spend as little time as possible thinking about him. Trust someone who's been there, it is nothing but wasted time and mental energy. Focus instead on things that make you feel good. I used to enjoy writing stories, or listening to music, reading, etc. Pursue your interests instead of boys! There's plenty of time to get your heart broken when you're older!

And believe me, unless you're lucky, it will happen several times before Mr. Right comes along!

What do you mean by "get over".

If your definition of "get over" is "stop loving", then don't even bother.

You, more than likely, will not be able to stop loving someone for simply the reason that you want to stop.

The fact is, you'll never forget him.

Now you can let the fact that he isn't with you eat you up.

Or you can try to view it from a different angle, remember the fun time you had with him, and go on with life without dwelling on it.

You will miss him dearly, for a long while, and it will be painful untill the hole in your heart is filled.

And it's hard to fill it because each person fills differently and leaves a different hole.

Well some people say that it takes a week of "mourning" for every month you went out with him. I totally dont agree with that. But its worse if you were the dumpee :P You can hang out with your friends, do stuff you love to do and you havent in a while, just enjoy being single.

Well... I speak from much much much personal experience (not)! It seems to me that if I was feeling down I would want my friends to be really supportive of me... and I would do fun stuff with them, you know Girl's Night Out (I hear there is a 7 ocklock showing of lotr TTT this saterday in wilton *hint* *hint*)

Well, being as I have never technically gone out with a guy for more than several hours before totally spazzing, I really have no idea what you are going through... but just remember that Carrie loves you!!!!!!

And have the best Tuesday ever!!!

Whenever I feel real down, like there is no point on going on, I just sit on my bed and breath. You know, like yogies do! Turn off all the lights and play music you like, not pop and loud, but soft, like the kind you listened to as a baby and everyone thinks you threw away the CD years ago (not that I accualy have my baby lullabies I swear!) Then sit cross legged on yout bed and just breath in- and out- over and over again. Try not to think. That is how I calm my self down and get a handle on tough situations!

I LOVE YOU LEGOLAS_FRODO_ARAGORN_! (especially the ARAGORN part!

At first I kind of sulk for ages, eating choclate (don't do that bit!)
But then think about loads of good things about myself, then get a new look, once I've done that I try and move on, to find a nice respectable boyfriend!
I've found someone, but I'm too chicken to do anything about it!
I guess that means I'm going against my signature!
