Glamdring in TTT

People just a question about Glamdring in the two towers.
If any of you have the november Empire Magazine they had an update on TTT and it had a picture of Gandalf holding his sword with some Uruk Hai in the background... The only thing is Glamdring's???? blade is black... is it glamdring??
if any of you have Empire check it out and tell me what you think..

No that's just the lighting in the pic.The bigger issue is why didn't glamdring glow in the movie.Peter seemed to have forgot that or something.

ta NP i was beginning to think no one had seen it... yeah i thought it must have been just the lighting but it sure had me convinced that ol pj had played around with Glamdring again...
apparently the reason as to why Glamdring didnt glow was that it would look a bit dodge if there was glowing swords all over the place, something about it might confuse the viewers that had not read the book... they were able to get Sting away with glowing coz Bilbo explained it but there just wasnt that opportunity to go through why Glamdring glowed

i don't think that his sword wold glow brightly because th Uruk Hai were a cross breed of men and orcs as seen in the Felloship

nah nice theory but for this to work Sting shouldnt have glowed in Moria or at Amon Hen either

there were real orcs and URUK HAI in MOria

there ought not to have been any of the fighting uruk hai in moria...i don't remember seeing any there.

there were no Uruk-Hai in moria.

three types of Orcs:
Moria Orcs
Mordor Orcs
Uruk-Hai

Hey, I'm new here, but I'm just about 100% positive that no there werent any Uruk-Hai in Moria.

I'm just now seeing the FOTR in JROTC. And *wow* PJ did leave out a lot of things I planned on seeing

Oh well, mom's getting me the SE for Christmas

im sorry if my last post wasnt clear so ill try and make it so... well there were no Uruk Hai in moria. to The Last Ranger your theory of Glamdring not Glowing in Moria because of the Uruk Hai cant work for three reasons
1. they werent Uruk Hai but just plain Ol' Orcs.
2. Frodos sword Sting glowed in Moria but Glamdring didnt
3. the swords glow with Uruk Hai anyway... as aragorn saw Sting glow at Amon Hen when the Uruk Hai were on there way

sorry for the confusion hope that sorts that out...

Mabey Glamdring will glow in the two towers.Gandalf is now gandalf the white,and the sword glows white.
