Yoda lost it a little?

Has anyone actually thought that in ep.2 Yoda sending Padme off to Naboo was a little crazy?

Firstly she was in Corusant which is populated by loads of Jedi so safer than anywhere else in the galaxy especially when a bountyhunter is after you, the whole Jedi skill of being able to see it before it happens is v.useful when you are a target of a weapon.
Also she was sent off with an untried probably unhinged Padawan who let's face it Yoda had doubts about so why assign him as bodyguard?

If someone can make this sound sensible please try and explain this to me or was it just a way for GL to get Padme pregnant to sort out the plat for ep.4 to 6?

Hah. Yoda was probably trying to set them up to get them to "breed".

Well, considering that someone nearly succeded in taking her life twice, Coruscant wasn't as safe as it might seem.

It was the perfect way to keep Anakin out of trouble. Yoda's plan would have worked fine if Anakin hadn't followed his dreams of his mother and left Naboo (or at least, not have taken Padme with him).

I agree or to make ep.5-7 make sense

I think that the whole mother and tuscan raiders thing just made it happen quicker he'd have gone after at Naboo without the guidance of Yoda and the other Jedi
