Hey all you ppl....WE ARE STARTING THE RPG!!!!

I wish Beleg Strongbow (SAURON) were here to help, but he seems to have died

But we cannot wait forever. Plz ignore those first two posts from me and king of gondor.
I hope to start it with an elf council (if that is ok with u all, particularily Firglinwen and Legolas) who start out to help Frodo and Sam. The rest of you may join in as you wish!!
But please remember to keep it fairly clean (as the movie is) and HAVE FUN no matter how bogged down it gets with school starting up and whatnot (

I HATE SCHOOL!!!!!

) So Legolas and Firglinwen, your presence is requested for an elf council.

By the way, plz try to post as often as you can, or as often as is nesscessary (sp?) to keep the story running fairly smooth. Oh and try not to play other people's characters if at all possible, as it makes it more interesting if you don't. I will PM you if your presence is needed so if your character is not active, you will know. Also if you must drop out PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO WE CAN FIND A REPLACEMENT!!!!

There was a council of the Elves being called, on whether or not they should send help to the two hobbits attempting to destroy the ring of power. Some of the elders thought that three should go, and Legolas be one of them. A young female elf named Allorien searched to find her friend Firglinwen and also the one they called Legolas. Oh how she wished to help Baggins on his adventure, as the brave Legolas , and as her cousin, Arwen, had done. Allorien spotted Firglinwen a ways off.
"Fair Firglinwen!" she called. "We are to have an Elven-Council in the Hall, right now. Lets go, as we must find the one they call Legolas before we are late for the Elven-King. Hurry!"
Allorien was so excited... she felt that perhaps SHE could be the one to go... She sighed and looked at Firglinwen.
"Do---do you think that it'll be us to go help with the ring and the hobbits and fight the enemy, Fir?" ((occ: I hope it is ok i call u Fir, as Firglinwen is so long!)) asked Allorien.

Deep in the Land of Mordor, the Dark Lord Sauron plotted his next move. The Eye had seen Frodo upon Amon Hen, with the prize that he most desired. He decided to send forth again the Ulairi, the Ringwraiths. Without the protection of the filthy elves in Rivendell the Ring-bearer could not get far.

The Morgul-Lord was dismayed, however, for his servant Saruman no longer seemed to report accurately. No matter.

Grishnakh, orc in the service of Barad-Dûr: "And I say this. Saruman is a fool. And a dirty treacherous fool. But the Great Eye is on him."

The Winged Nazgûl flew from Barad-dûr towards the Emyn Muil.

Aragorn: "But we will not abandon Merry and Pippin to torment and death. Not so long as we have strength left. Let's hunt some Orc!"

Frodo: "I'm glad you're with me, Sam."

The Elves were holding a council to see if they should send more help to the Ring-bearer.

An eagle circled above the peak of Zirakzigil. From afar, few would see the figure that alighted upon Gwahair. But the man could not be mistaken after arrival in Lothlorien. Nor could the Dark Lord mistake the voice that had told Frodo upon Amon Hen to take off the Ring. Gandalf Mithrandir had returned from death.

Nargond and his horse rode into the city, far before the Council was due to begin. Seeing as he knew the land and the enemy better than anyone else seemed to, he assumed he would be assigned to assist the hobbit and his manservant along this quest to destory the Ring. Oh, the Ring. How it called him, tempted him, even from afar. He must resign himself never to go near it, never to touch it. But the Ring was powerful. It tempted even the strongest. What he would do in proximity to it, only the Fates knew.

Frodo stumbled backwards, trying to escape... but nothing would work this time.

Frodo's morgul-wound burned freshly. The desire to put on the ring came over him, stronger than before because of the concentration of the Nazgûl. As his pain threatens to control his body, Frodo knows that the only thing that he can do to stop himself from putting on the ring is to cast it away. The Nazgûl, however, feel the allure of the ring and turn away from Frodo and Sam.
Frodo: Nooooooo! All is lost!
The Witch-King turns and stabs Frodo again. Frodo surrenders to the blackness filling his mind.

ooc: Frodo lives.
ooc: Your move, elves.

It was morning now in Lothlorien and the Elves returned to the council. They were astonished to see a familiar figure presiding over the gathering.

"Mithrandir!" "Where did you..."

Gandalf silenced them all with a stern glare from under his bushy eyebrows. "I have not passed through fire and shadow to tell details of the journey. I come to aid you against the menace that is Sauron. Will you heed my council?"

Legolas spoke for the gathering. "We would be honored to hear what you have to say, Mithrandir."

Gandalf spoke again. "Some elves must go to help Frodo. I have seen the Eye sending his Riders on winged steeds against the Ring-bearer. But not many elves may go. Some must come with me and help the Heir of Isildur, Aragorn. Nargond, will you come as you are the other Heir?"

Gandalf: "Who will go where?"

Mithrandir stood and awaited the decision of the Elves. All were silent. At last one stepped forward and spoke.

ooc: That's a cue.
