Lembas and other foods

I didn't know where to put this, but since they talk about lembas in the book, and not in the movie I decided the book forum would work.
Beware I am about to ask an awful strange question.
Does anyone have any idea how I could possibly bake somethin with a resemblance to Lembas? I mean, I understand I can't make it exact, I just want to bake sort of "replicas" of it.

If know one knows this, then perhaps someone has a recipe used elsewhere in the book? Such as for something hobbits would have eaten.
