How correct is this?

Alright, all you expert Quenya/Sindarin folk. I'd like to know how correct the stuff on this site is ...

Esp, on the "Elvish Phrase Guide" (click on the first book on the left! And stupid question ... but that is Sindarin isn't it? LOL. Or is it Quenya?) Thanks.
