Sigh. FotR is crossing to the west.

FotR is leaving my local theater today. Worse things have happened but I only got to see it four times. Post here when it leaves your theater.

Oh, no! I hope it doesn't leave my area soon . . . I've only seen it three times and my friend has only seen it once . . .

It's supposed to stay in wide release thru march! They are adding more screens after the Oscars, maybe it'll open up again then.

Southern West Virginia. Only theater in a 45 minutes radius. It isn't the best.

Some theatres here have removed it. But hopefully, it wins in the Oscars so they can show it again.

When it finally vanishes, it'll make me hunger for the DVD like a ringless Gollum.

It's still here, at one theater nearby, and lots out in places too far for me to get to, and I hope it's here for a few more weeks so I can see the TTT trailer again!

It's still playing a lot by me and now it's basically April and when I saw it tonight at 8:30 - it was still filled to capacity. I can't believe it left you so early - but that's the way it was in Indiana too. These are just a couple of the theaters within 20 minutes of me -

AMC Hamilton 24
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (1:05), (4:45), 8:30

Loews New Brunswick
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2:50), 10:25

Regal Commerce Center 18
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (12:30), 8:15

I go to AMC 24 though.

IUt's left the closer theater to me, but there is a theater in my mall that I could go to that still had it as of yesterday...

the first one is a kerasotes theater and the second is a GC I think... I could be wrong about the second one.... I still haven't seen the trailer I'm on spring break until next week so I should be able to see it sometime this week.... wish me luck!!!

i can't believe it left some of the theatres in january! god, in england i don't think any have been taken off yeet. please correct me if im wrong! but our theatre is still showing, though it was a shame when they took it from showing on 3 screens...to 1. then they took it from 4 showings a day...to 2. i mean, now we can't jump between cinemas to see our favorite part again or to miss the scary bilbo moments! the times were all like 5 or 10 minutes behind the last screen. oh those were the days!
