Hey, don't make fun. Elijah Wood has nice eyes. And he's a great actor too!

Good thing the Bombadil Scenes were left out.

How would these girls react to the Frodo running around, errr, ummm, unclad, after being rescued from the Barrows?

I, for one, would hide my eyes, but I can't answer for anyone else.
Wait, what do you mean they left out Bombadil? Did they need to shorten the story or something? I'm gonna go check out the website and see if there's anything else I should know about before I see the movie.

Welcome Miriel! Are you a fan of MÃ*riel Therindë or Tar-MÃ*riel of Númenórë?

You can't fit everything in the LR into six or even nine hours of filming of course, but Peter Jackson did not feel Tom Bombadil was an important character as far as the plot goes.

Easterlinge I think that Cirith Ungol is enough without the Barrow downs, but it is true he is a cutie and no mistake, I love his eyes but then who would'nt?

Et tu, Samwise? I realise Frodo is your master, but, errrr, what is your relation with him?

I chose my name after Tar-Miriel. (I think it's pretty; it means something like "Star-jewel") Thanks for the links Inoldonil, they're

Sam Gamgee No relation what so ever.

Well save for servant, friend and semi gaurdian but that's about it Easterlinge-I mean Frodo of the books not the movie Frodo- . I think his eyes look faery like and unearthly, not much but enough to give him that "Hobbit look", and heaven knows he's got a boyish enough face. He will play a really good Frodo I am sure.
Hey Playgirl, if you're a newbie fan visit: http://www.elijahwood.com. You wont be dissapointed. ALthough he needs to update the website, but probably wont until January :P.
And if you want some pictures visit these: http://www.tolkienmovies.com, http://www.theonering.net, and http://lordoftheringsmovie.com. You might have to click around on the last two but you will find some pretty dang good pictures of the Hobbits and all. You will LOVE it(if you like pictures that is.)

THEY CUT BOMBADIL...THEY CUT THE WIGHT SCENE??! That's so sad! That is one of the best parts in the entire book.

But it had the naked scene in it...that was kind of gross. (And if they included it, it might be 'R' rated, which means I couldn't see it.) All right...I'll take my blessing with my curse...

Miriel, I also like the name. Tar-MÃ*riel particularly has my interest, as a person. I have a sort of private obsession with the Land of Gift. It means 'Jewel-woman' (MÃ*riel does), according to Tolkienian linguist Helge Fauskanger (who's name no one pronounces right ). Thank Xanthyz for the links, it's his website.

He does have nice eyes, but he's kinda young and skinny. Frodo was supposed to be fifty years old when he set out on the quest. I expected him to look a little more ... mature.
Thanx for the translation, Inoldonil, now I know for sure. (I had put it together as best I could using my bro's "Languages of Tolkien's Middle-Earth" guide.)
