The only reason I looked was to see why bmilder hadn't closed it yet. A thread such as this is usually closed immediatly with only one reply; bmilder's.
So I was thinking "geez, is bmilder on vacation or something?"

When I saw the name "Johnny Lurker" beside this, I thought it was a link to a "joke site" like Furniture Porn...

And I figured that it would be some sort of statement on free speech, in view of who started the thread. I also figured that, since the post was there, and not deleted, there wasn't anything pornographic about it.

If you thought that most of us looked at this topic because we wanted to look at porn, you would be wrong. If you thought that most of us looked at this thread to see the reason why it wasn't closed yet, you would be right.

Indeed... has been a few days that I ask myself "What's that thread REALLY about?" (didn't had time to read it) I tought it was a rant about how porn is omnipresent in the web... etc.

SD, that's not the problem. Lowercase works fine, I suspect it's that his preferences are set so that HTML is enabled in his posts instead of EzCode. But HTML doesn't work here, and since he's disabled ezcode, .the bolding won't work.
