Who would you cast in the 5th movie?

Who would you recommend for the new cast members in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix? Remember, they have to be British!

Here are the ideas I've heard (I've looked them all up on The Internet Movie Database to make sure they fit the most basic criteria):

Dolores Umbridge- short, plump, nasty, old:
Judy Dench- great, but I doubt she'd do it
Imelda Staunton- my favorite. She has recently said she's got the part, but Warner Brothers hasn't confirmed it yet. The director says they're talking to her.
Pam Ferris (Aunt Marge)- She's been in HP already, but who says she can't play another part?
Elizabeth Spriggs (Fat Lady)- same
Patricia Routledge
Brenda Blethlyn

Bellatrix Lestrange- dark, evil, remnants of good looks (lots can be done with makeup):
Elizabeth Hurley- too Hollywood
Helena Bonham Carter- great, but not likely
Helen McCrory- my favorite. She did a great nasty job in Count of Monte Cristo, as Villefort's wife.
Catherine Zeta-Jones- too Hollywood
Rachel Weisz- not Bellatrix's type.
Natascha McElhone
Sienna Guillory
Kate Beckinsale
Chloe Annett
Juliet Landau (grew up in London)

Luna Lovegood- 14, blond, big eyes, loony:
Alakina Mann
Tamzin Merchant
They're currently holding auditions for schoolgirls in Britain, so it will probably be a newbie.

Nymphadora Tonks- 20's, heart-shaped face:
Rachel Weisz- she'd be great, but maybe too Hollywood.
Kate Winslet- ditto, but she's not quite impish enough IMO
Helena Bonham Carter- almost perfect, if a bit old.
Keira Knightley- too Hollywood (and too young IMO)
Kelly Macdonald
Kate Ashfield
Anna Friel- she'd be cool.
Jane Horrocks- very talented.
Sarah-Jane Potts
Jodhi May
Emily Mortimer

Kingsley Shacklebolt- tall, black:
Lenny Henry (Shrunken Head)- wants to do it, apparently.
Colin Salmon- just about perfect for the part
Chiwetel Ejiofor
Oris Erhuero
Eamonn Walker
I haven't heard any ideas. I'm guessing it will be someone we haven't heard of.

Young Marauders, Lily, and Snape:
I have no ideas, except that Daniel Radcliffe should play James. We don't know if that scene will be in the movie, though there is a rumor that they're doing auditions for Lily...

Also, Robbie Coltrane who plays Hagrid might drop out. If so, Mel Smith is the only other actor I can picture as Hagrid. He plays Sir Toby Belch in Twelfth Night and the Albino in Princess Bride.

So please tell me your opinions. I'd be glad to hear any new ideas!

Thats an interesting list... but i think it should be all new actors, that way you remeber them more as that character, instead of what other roles they've done.

Actually, after watching some of Gary Oldman's movies, I think he would have made a great Snape. Of course that's out of the question now that he's Sirius...

Imelda Staunton is now official as Dolores Umbridge!

Here's an article about it, and here's her IMDB page.

She's a great actress. I've seen her in Twelfth Night, Much Ado About Nothing, and Sense & Sensibility. She can do all sorts of different characters.

Well, Robbie Coltrane (Hagrid) has said that he would prefer not to be typecast by playing the same role over and over again (though I don't think 3 more times would make a big difference-- if he's going to be typecast it's already happened). He does enjoy playing Hagrid, but he is uncertain if he will continue:

"In some ways I would rather get on with something else, but I don’t want to say that because it sounds so ……. ungrateful. So, no, I don’t know if I’m going to do any more," he continues. "They will, of course, to enchant me back, offer me frightening amounts of money."

Oh, we would notice. But I don't think he'll give it up. I think he's too attached to the character, since I just read that he made JKR tell him what happens to Hagrid.

New news is that Luna is down to 5 finalists, and will be announced in January.
Tonks has been cast but not announced, and will be played by an unknown actress.
Also, casting for the younger versions of Lily, Snape, Lupin, James, and Sirius is now in the final stages. (Does that mean that Dan Radcliffe won't play James?)

I hope all the new charachters will be casted as Eddie Murphy. Every movie so far has been awful and I hope the Harry Potter books are not degraded further by these Movies.

Ok, you're weird...
From Mugglenet:
CBBC Newsround today reports that Warner Bros. has cast the roles of Kingsley Shacklebolt and young James Potter for the Order of the Phoenix movie. George Harris (The Interpreter, Raiders of the Lost Ark) will play the Ministry Auror and teenager Robbie Jarvis will play the young James Potter whom Harry sees in "Snape's Worst Memory."

Despite this, I still wish Dan Radcliffe was playing James. They can do all sorts of movie tricks to have the same actor in a scene twice, you know. And with enough makeup and acting skill, it could be a very effective scene.

Also, I guess they weren't satisfied with any of the 5 Luna possibilities, because there have since been another round of auditions and they are now down to 400. Weird.
