What Tolkien stuff did you get in your stocking?

So, what Tolkien stuff did you get for Christmas or Hanukkah (my apologies to the Christian Orthodox out there who haven't celebrated yet)?

I received the RoTK EE DVD, The Middle Earth Atlas by Karen Wynn-Fondstadt, and a new Tolkein boxed set (Hobbit + LoTR) to replace my old worn-out paperbacks.

ROTK - EE!

Tolkien calendar.

Does our leased house with its own movie theatre count? (Boy, we lucked into this deal!)

I got money. And then got to go buy what I wanted!

So... the EE. The only problem there is I could only find it in the DVD version, and my mom refused to bring my DVD player home...

My computer's half broken so I got to watch several of the new scenes without any sound... That didn't work too well....

Then I got HoME 4&5. Now all I want is 10, 11, and 12! And a new Silmarillion before mine falls apart altogether!

In my stocking? Well, it wasn't exactly Tolkien, but I got the 'Movie Trilogy Edition Cedco Calender.' Very cool. Unfortunately my mother didn't know my sister bought me the same thing for my birthday. Aw, poor Mom.

I didn't get any Tolkien stuff either, but at least ... residence utilities? *hugs*

I was going to ask for the one book volume of LOTR, but I already have too many bulky things to bring home.

I'll just ask for it for my birthday.

I got the RoTK EE for New Year as I was suspecting. Together with a lovely 50 anniversary Tolkien calendar (the man's own drawings!) and the J.R.R Tolkien Biography by Humphrey Carpenter, this year has been a nice Tolkien haul.

Gandalf

I got the maps of Middle-earth: very detailed maps of Isengard, Harbors of Umbar, Minas Tirith, Rivendell, Edoras, and Helm's Deep. Very cool.
AND
The Lord of the rings trilogy calendar, which means I get to make posters out of my old calendars! YAY!

My boyfriend very sweetly bought me a "Fellowship of the Ring" set of figurines and the Trilogy Edition of the Cedco Day-by-Day calendar. (I agree, Rosie -- very cool!)

But my roommate (who is into the movies but won't read the books..."I tried when I was in high school but I just couldn't get into them...") got me "The Origins of Tolkien's Middle Earth for Dummies" which is really pretty interesting and not half-bad as a quick reference!

I got a National Geo thing about the LotR movies and history (which slightly disappointed me), and Humprey Carpenter's bio on Tolkien (which immeasurably pleased me).
