Actors' quotes game

The idea for this thread was blatantly stolen from another forum.

Just identify which actor in one of the LOTR movies gave the quote. The source can be printed or electronic (tv, dvd, etc.)
and preferably should relate in some way to the movie, their experience making the movie, interaction with those making the movie, etc. So here's the first, I expect a very easy one:

"A lot of people don't realize that The Lord of the Rings
is Sauron. Who else could it be? He didn't make all the rings. He made one ring personally which rules all the others, the ones that were given to the dwarves, to the elves, to mortal men and so on. But he made the One Ring."

This may be equally easy, but I won't say what they're comparing it to at least:
"I'm looking at everything with a hieghtened sense of awareness. Even when i watch old Disney films, they have a different kind of meaning for me. So, I think in that sense, the movie is relevant, because it's such a powerful thing that has happened in the world, and this movie and these books speak to issues that are being talked about in a very serious way right now."
