Do you mean your favorite quote from a 'mooter or just your favorite quote?

if you mean mooter quotes, i don't have any. if you mean just quotes, here's one right off the top of my head.

"It's like a finger pointing away to the moon, *smacks the kid on the head* DON'T concentrate on the finger or you will miss all that heavenly glory." Bruce Lee said it in Enter the Dragon.

Oh Im honored (and embarrassed ) TinuvielChild. Im glad you enjoyed my peanut gallary humor. As far as cool quotes well I could post one here every day for a year theres been so many witty things said by so many people. But this one jumps to mind first and I guess is a bit appropriate to circumstances here I have noticed: "One can lead a child to knowledge but one cannot make him think."

And no one will believe when their quote is added, because I think this is a mooter quote thread. Is it, TinuvielChild?

Yeesh, there have been so many brilliant quotes made by the mooters, you guys really do have me laughing my head off at times

This is one of my favourites, from an admin no less

Quote:
I am thinking of rousing some latent fantasy lovers in my neighborhood (wait, that could be read the wrong way... )
-azalea in The Tolkien Fan: male or female.

Brilliant!

If your not happy being quoted here azalea, just send me a pm and I'll edit it.

More to follow.......

Said by two kids in my class, who were on opposing basketball teams in gym class; "We're going to whip you. "We're going to cream you!" "So together, we're going to make whipped cream!?"

Much more funny, when said in real life.

'Not all those who wander are lost' you should all know who this was by

'Today is the tomorrow we worried about yesterday' anon

'Rule 1: the customer is always right.
Rule 2: If the customer is wrong, refer to rule #1' Duncan Howe

'Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you are a mile away from them and you have their shoes.' Frieda Norris

These were taken from this book i have (fiction but it had some quotes)

and also:

'He who asks a question is a fool for a minute. He who doesn't ask is a fool for a lifetime' Chinese proverb

(That's how i justify asking a billion questions esp. in class)
