too short?

Hey, i was talking to this friend of mine about an hour ago (and i've been looking things up on it) and he told me that the books were being called back because they were two chapters to short! Well, i wasn't sure if he was just playing a joke on me or if it is just a big fat mistake scholastic made. I looked for things on the internet about it and found this little ditty on the internet in NZ. Article

Well, then i thought... hmm.. let me see on some websites how long it's suppose to be. I found some websites saying it's 870 while others saying 897! Well i looked in my book and it says 870! well all ihave to say is i'm keeping my book cause it's gonna be worth something one day, lol, well, how long are everyone elses' book? and is this a mistake and a bummer cause I already read the whole thing... well atleast there's two more chapters to get! i wonder what there about... maybe it has a hint of wormtail, or how Mrs. Weasley felt on the leaving of hogwarts by the twins!! wow... the possibilities... maybe it's percy asking for forgiveness on the way he has been acting! not likely, but it's always a possibility!

New Zealanders don't know anything. What are ya looking there for? Anyway, there's an interview that Coney posted before the books were released, that states that they're only supposed to be 766 pages. So I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Hmm. Can't edit my posts for some reason.

Anyway, here's the link in which JKR specifies 766 pages - which is how many my book has.

Uh, right: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/3004456.stm

okay, here's the REAL story, some people are missing places here and there, but the most missing, is this one dude is missing the last 63 pages, those are the only books being taken back and fixed, not all of them
