Ron/Hermione: Period. They might not realize yet, but it just... is meant to be... and JKR has dropped so many hints that I almost sometimes think she's trying to trick us.
I also like the Bill/Tonks idea. It does seem to fit; they seem to have similar personalities. If he ever gets done snogging Fleur that is.  Maybe a Fleur/Recovered Lockhart pairing? What a couple that'd make, eh?
