Anyone see that cartoon movie version of LoTR?

GRONK remembers severals years ago at 3 in the morning on vacation he was watching some movie channel and a cartoon movie of LoTR had come on. GRONK doesn't remember thinking it was bad, but then again it was 3 in the morning and GRONK could barely remember his name let alone think straight. Anyway, has anyone else seen this movie? GRONK doesn't remember much about it besides that there was lots of singing and a couple random scenes that he somehow can still image.
