Ciao, Tamuril - Good luck with your book project! I shall certainly buy your book when you publish. You mentioned wanting to know about elvish, so I thought I'd log on real quick & share this site with you. I found it the other day. It has tons of elvish-to-English words; you can find darknesses twilight there, if you put word bits together, I think. Hope it helps!

About your novel, Tamuril, tell me what you got stuck on and I'll try to help.

Sorry...I forgot to recheck this thread...
Something you could do now is think about who'd deliver the proclamation. Likely, it would be heralds, but to throw in a plot twist, you could have the prince dress up and join them incognito. Then, you could add complications by tossing him into a troublesome situation, like being captured by robbers, etc...
Anyway, have fun whatever you write-that's what's important!

Have you ever written a beginning to a story then can't finish it because something comes up so that when you go back to it you cant remember and it is just there?
Does that even make sense?

keep track of those beginnings, and ideas, though. you never know if one day they'll turn into more. I had a first chapter of a story written three years ago for a creative writing course, and only just last month came back to it and started writing more.

Has anyone ever had a vivid dream and wrote it down only for it to envolve into the begining of a novel? With a few changes of course.

The only vivid dream I had was too bizarre. But that sounds cool.
Vivid dream...Acalewia, have you been dreamwalking again?

One thing that I do is keep track of where I want my stories to go, all in a little journal. I also put down ideas and plots for future stories. That way I don't have to worry about forgetting.
