Did Sindar sail to the West in the fist age?

Cirdan was in contact will Osse and or Ulmo. But, did any ships of the Sindar sail West in the first age. I am not talking or Earendil or the ships that went with Voronwe?

Could the Eldar who did orginally complete the journey go?

She was kown as dernhelm because of her exclaimation when she realized that the rider's headgear was heavy and obscured her sight.

Until the rebellion of the Noldor, and the palceing of the barrier East of Amon, there was no ban upon such, but some notes in HoME mention that there were no such voyages (at least none recorded in the history of the Falathrim), and that their shipbuilding capibility was not as great as it would later become.
Note also that Cirdans ship builing ability was surpassed by Numenor. Cirdan, even with the blessing of Osse, occasionaly had ships founder and sink. Numenor never had a ship sink until they began their rebellion against the Valar and the blessing of Osse was removed for them.

The draft of the mythology that lefty refers to had the numenoreans building iron hulled steamships, I believe. Cirdan stuck with wind power and good old fashioned know how.
