I think I'm sick, possibly coming down with flu.

Please pray for me, guys. I need this to all be better tomorrow, because we open on Friday... and if I can't sing then an entire summer's memorization, and a month and a half of hard, hard work will be for absolutely nothing.

Tomorrow I'm going to the doctor.

Thank you everyone for all the prayers. There is a glimmer of hope. He's willing to get help before making any further decisions. I feel strongly that God has moved his heart. In the place he was in, only God Himself could have done this. Praise the Lord forever!

Together we were able to talk our friend out of doing something really stupid and she's doing better now.

Please pray for me this week as i make a trip home to stay with my family for the next two months, per my husband's request. He needs 'time'. Please pray for him too.

I'm going to miss my home and my beloved cats and the holidays with my husband. But, he wants it this way, and there's nothing i can do but respect his wishes.

It's peaceable. He's just been going through something in his own heart for the last few months, questioning everything in his life, including whether he should be married. It's been painful for me but i've been patient and loving, giving him the space he needs. He asked for this a few weeks ago but i've just stayed, feeling as if my leaving for a time was not the answer. But it occurred to me that to do so would be to honor his request. He also knows he needs counseling and it seems as if my leaving will be a catalyst toward his getting the help he needs. I'm doing this for him.
