What did Robin Williams win an oscar for?
My favourite actor of the moment is Brion James. He played Leon in Blade Runner. He died in 1999 unfortunately. http://www.bladezone.com/contents/fi...ast/james.html He looks so cool without the moustache (or the beard, whatever he had in Blade Runner), don't you think? Another one of my actors of the moment is Dolph Lundgren. His acting may not have won any oscars, but I think 80's action icons have their own special quality. He probably would have been Hitler's idea of a wet dream too. 6' 6", blond, energetic, musclebound, and brainy (he has degrees coming out of his ears).

I believe he won his Oscar in the Best Supporting Actor category for "Good Will Hunting" but I can't remember the year. (I'm sure other more gifted movie trivia buffs will let me know if I'm wrong about this...) Another comic actor that won an Oscar in the Best Supporting Actress category is Whoopi Goldberg for "Ghost."
Current favorite actors for me: Billy Boyd (OK -- he's cute), Sean Connery (I can't stay away from those Scots!), Harrison Ford, and the late James Stewart. There are others, but I can't think of them right now.

*bump*
I don't have many favorite actors (or actresses, for that matter), but I do have one: Harrison Ford! Star Wars: Episode IV, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Temple of Doom, The Last Crusade, Air Force One, and The Fugitive; what's not to love?

There have been some really good actors mentioned but I can't believe nobody mentioned John Wayne! Okay I'm kind of strange but he is one of my favorite actors.

That's because you look like those two! I have seen your hazy photo; seriously you DO resemble them.

Sean Penn I like because he's a brilliant actor IMO. He always steals the scene. Bale, because he kicked ass in American Psycho and Equilibrium. I don't think much of comic book movies. Bale will always be Feanor to me. |
