W.C. Fields in "The Dentist" -- One of his first movie shorts.

I need a laughing smiley for this post

Yep, W.C.F. isn't seen much on television today but he's a rare treat when you do find him. I love "The Bank Dick" too.

Ahh yes, and she never said "come up and see me sometime" he said it "if you're ever around the grampian hills you must come and see me", yet historically people quote Mae West as saying that line.

The most recent movie I've seen was Garden State.

Amazing. Maybe just because I relate to the no home theme...

And then she says "...my little chickadee" (A common line of his in other movies).

Don't forget she recognizes him through the mask by his nose!

I'm getting carried away here.

And the goat!!! Why did a goat just turn up in the hotel?

Just saw "The next 10 yards" with Bruce Willis, and it was hilarious with plots and counter plots galore. It was far better than the first movie and I enjoyed that alot.

Lethal Weapons, 1-4 Funny. Some crap I didn't enjoy watching, but very funny. I have to say that Joe Peci (spl?) is an ABSOLUTE RIOT!! I don't think I have ever laughed so hard at a movie before.

THAT movie is one of the funniest of all time, despite the language. I crack up every time I watch it.

Have you seen "8 heads in a duffle bag" also with Peci in a title role. We have our own copy as it's hilarious.

WHEN is that coming? I'm soooo impatient (although I'm sure to be dissapointed). I haven't even seen the regular edition since May.

High Fidelity (i think that was the name..) didn't concentrate too much, but it didn't seem to be a really good movie.. don't know.

The extended version of ROTK is supposed to come out (now) on 14Dec04. I've not even seen the movie as I saw each of the first two and then wound up buying the DVD and learning too late that the extended ones are so much more inclusive.

Phht. Comes out during finals week for me. I'll probably go buy it and then watch it during break as a Christmas present to myself.
