Homework is highly overated, along with studying. I don't do homework, I don't study. My average is.... 94.3%

Re: The runner up...

... Yeah, right Saug and Hpbf that works fine when you're just at high school... let see what happens when you hit university like me... You'll have to work.

But I must say, I don't really listen in classes and get more than my fair share of A+

Re: The runner up...

LOL Aara, that's hilarious. I did much the same thing in the office this summer, though I didn't have any marriage proposals!

Regardlesss if you're only in high school, and get top grades, you should still do your homework. I used to do the same, and am kicking myself now because I realized I could have gotten a scholarship had I actually bothered to study.
Now listen to me! I'm starting to sound like a parent!
Someone stop me before I go too far.....

Re: The runner up...

I wonder if you're the youngest of us?

The dumbest thing I've done lately was homework-related. I attempted to do physics homework late at night, with a bad cold, a cat attempting to use my textbook for a bed, and with my mind firmly stuck in Middle-Earth. I finally gave up, then woke up at 3AM and finished it. I work fine at absured hours of the morning, but terrible at odd hours of the night. I guess I'm just weird.

I am as old as the hills!

You youngsters! You listen to Elbreth!

Study your little brains out while you've got them.

Believe some of what you read, and none of what you see on television.

Get the grades, get the scholarships, get the goodies!

... You're so young!

That's quite funny, I don't know how you call the adults that lead the boy scout but I'll call them monitors.

What I want to say is that I'm monitor for boy scout your age Bullroarer and little Hpfan!!! (Will be my fourth year this year)

Re: ... You're so young!

Scoutmasters, and then Assistant Scoutmasters, down here. Did that myself when I was your age!

Good to see you doing such a worthwhile thing, Shan!

Re: ... You're so young!

Sauganast, you're one of those people I have little patience, but much use, for who are naturally smart. I'm in grade 12, and have to face diploma exams this year. I've already got 5 colleges and 2 universities that I'm looking at. My math average is around 67%, which is humiliating, because everything else comes to around 88%.

But that's very true. HPbf, you need to start studying while you can still start the habit. Once you're in high school, it's too late.

Thanks for your support Gil!
