Thank you all!
Good news - the doctor saw a distinct improvement at our weekly appt! Which is really TWO good steps, because last week, she was still getting worse. So she went from getting worse to not getting worse to getting better  Still not out of the woods, but definitely the right direction!

My very best friend in the whole world is having a tough time right now because her 87 year-old grandparents were in a horrible car accident yesterday. The grandfather is not expected to live, and if he does he'll be a paraplegic because his spine was severed, and the grandmother might survive but her femur and neck are broken and will require extensive surgery and rehab if she does live.
So please pray for my friend and the grandparents. And her mother, too. The mother also just lost a brother to cancer a few months ago, and her other brother is extremely ill with hepatitis or something like it. |

My daughter had the injection in her spine today that was supposed to cure the CRPS nerve complication. IT looked like it was going very well - there was an immediate response (which is what you want to see) where the foot warmed up and pinked up. However, now her leg is numb from mid-shin to the hip bone. I called the dr. tonight, and he sounded pretty surprised, but asked me to do a few things to her and he was happy with the results, so I'm trying to not worry ...
He's going to call me first thing tomorrow morning. Please pray that she'll be right as rain the morning! We've been thru so many physical difficulties these last few years ...

My best friend's grandmother contracted pneumonia last night and apparently her lungs are pretty full, and as a part of her living will they are not placing her on life support. It sounds like the grandfather might have a few more hours at the very most, and the grandmother probably will not survive the day either.
Please pray for a safe trip for my friend as well, because she's making a six hour drive to get up there with all of this on her mind. |
