The ingredients for Luthien's Hair Tonic are :

"..... wine with water mingled three times nine"

Then Luthien sings about
"......all names of things
tallest and longest on earth she sings"

...she sings about all the biggest, tallest, longest things in Middle-Earth in order to activate the mixture and imbue it with powers of growth.

If you were Luthien and were making a Magical Hair Tonic, what big/long/tall things would you sing about?

Myself, I'd include the River Anduin; it's got to be the longest river in middle-earth.
