Gandalf A Few Observations

I Finally got to see the movie and for what its worth here's what I think.

1) Perhaps the best movie I have ever seen.

2) My wife, who hasn't read the books agrees with me.

3) The casting was perfect, it was very esasy to suspend belief, and say yes these are Frodo, etc.

4) The deviations from the book, while noticable to me, (I read them several times) did not detract from the enjoyment of the experience.

5) I think PJ struck a very good balance in creating a film that would appeal to the average movie goer, and the hard core Tolkienatics.

6) Can't wait 300 days for the next one.
