buddhists do not eat meat. full stop.

but lions = carnivore = good - their digestive system is short enough to expel the toxins from meat, however a humans digestive system is so long that the toxins from meat stay in their system far longer - cumulative effects abound [or so the evidence would have us believe

even if i was not buddhist i would not eat meat, i don't think that it is right, sentience issues
