Mongoose
You may think I am weird for asking, but what is the plural form of Mongoose?

According to the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary, you can say both 'mongooses' and 'mongeese'. I prefer the latter, '-gooses' doesn't sound right.
Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary: plural mon·goos·es also mon·geese

Yes. As tempting as it would be to say it is "mongeese," alas, it is not. The correct form is "mongooses."
