IIRC Theoden's mom was Morwen and was from Gondor. Was she Dunedian though?

Theoden's father Thengel wedded Morwen of Lossarnach in Gondor. But whether she was Dúnedain or not the book doesn't say, I think.

The name itself would give a clue, coming from the the royalty of the first house of the Edain, and in Sindarin from, I believe.
