Guests?

Why do some threads list people as guests? Guests can't post and some (ie. bmilder) definitely aren't guests. I don't get it!

i think they r post from the very beggining of entmoot, before it became what it is now. But other then that, i am not sure either

I haven't been here that long, but I think back when the moot was younger guests could post too. Don't know why they changed that...

yah, but even bmilder and IP are listed as guests in some of the really old posts

All posts on this board from before 8-10-2001 (that is the correct date, i believe) will show up as being posted by "guests"

Remember - entmoot started on EZBOARD. All the posts and topics were transfered to VBULLETIN (what it is on now), but the members could not be transfered. Everyone had to re-register, and all the old posts from the original board show up that way.

Guests were never allowed to post on entmoot - those were registered members from the old ezboard.

Yeah HOBBIT! I remember Entmoot on EZ, when EZ had a decent free messageboard. This is MUCH BETTER!

Did you attach the file and then preview the post? If you previewed it before you posted, that's why the file didn't show up. For some reason it goes away if you preview your post after you attach it. It also wouldn't have attached if it's more than 10,000 bytes.

Only moderators and admins have the power to delete a post entirely, but you can edit them yourself.

Yeah, I always preview my posts before I post them, but this time I'm not doing it and trying to attach a file.

I didn't want to attach exactly this rose. I wanted to be able to attach just something, because I couldn't do it before. And the rose was the right size, and it's a beautiful rose, isn't it?
