Suggested New desing of this board

This is just a suggestion, made because of the proposed removal of the SW forum.

JRR TOLKIEN
-same as before. nothing needs to be changed

Liturature

-Other liturature

-Movies

-Gaming
-Music
-SW

Other
-General messages
-Mod forum

I also have an idea that we could make an advertisement forum in the Other category, so maybe there could be less spamming in the General messages. You could also put the liturature forums into the Entertainment category.

Interesting. Problem is, with so many fragmented forums, we'll have small, semi-active forums instead of large, active forums. I wouldn't want to split up Movies from TV, although it's a possibility to make Movies "Movies and TV." Music could get its own forum, though.

Remember this is a JRRT board essentially, so we don't want to get too carried away with more forums

Oh, and I don't want an advertising forum. I really don't want to encourage people to leave the board! Signatures are fine as long as they aren't too big and graphic-heavy, and I think one thread in the most popular forum is sufficient enough for advertising.

I never really thought more then the JRRT, gm, the mod forum, and an entertainment forum were necessary, like Ben said we don't want it to spread out, and this IS a JRRT board!

I agree with you guys, anyway I never visit anything Else here than JRRT forums and General messages

I guess you can put some of those entertainment forums together, and the advertising thing was just an idea. The board would probably be better off without it.
