Okay the 17th. Now I can start counting down. Thats uh... too many days to count. Oh well. Ha ha you called the movie theater and asked for tickets already lol. That reminds me of something my friend and I did... The theater had lotr popcorn buckets and we asked if we could buy the bucket and not the popcorn... the lady had to go call the manager. Then I felt bad becuase we didn't buy it afterall.. It was going to be $6 for a cardboard bucket!!!

$6. But we didn't want the popcorn because it was a cardboard bucket and the butter would ruin it.

the 17th. in the rotk pics thread theres a website with a pic of aragorn and the release date under it. the really stupid thing that says underneath is the war will be won december 17th. yeah. it gives away the whole movie.

'Then Tuor arrayed himself in the hauberk, and set the helm upon his head, and he girt himself with the sword; black were sheath and belt with clasps of silver. Thus armed he went forth from Turgon's hall, and stood upon the high terraces of Taras in the red light of the sun. None were there to see him, as he gazed westward, gleaming in silver and gold, and he knew not that in that hour he appeared as one of the Mighty of the West, and fit to be father of the kings of the Kings of Men beyond the Sea, as it was indeed his doom to be; but in the taking of those arms a change came upon Tuor son of Huor, and his heart grew great within him. And as he stepped down from the doors the swans did him reverence, and plucking each a great feather from their wings they proffered them to him, laying their long necks upon the stone before his feet; and he took the seven feathers and set them in the crest of his helm, and straightway the swans arose and flew north in the sunset, and Tuor saw them no more.' -Of Tuor and his Coming to Gondolin "Oh. I really hope I get to go to a midnight showing for ROTK. I haven't ever been to one! I didn't for FOTR because I wasn't into LOTR then. And then for TTT exams interfered. I hope exams don't interfere next year, I'd really like to go to one.

My dad bought tickets online for me and my 3 friends, fortunetly (for me- not for him) He clicked on the 'buy' button twice, so we had 8 tickets! My friend Kate and I wan't to go to school in trenchcoats and try to sell them at lunch. In the end we just gave them to our other friends! Twas very fun!
