New Hobbit Game
O.K. this is the coolest thing. I went to the bookstore today and I found a board game based on the Hobbit. It is the coolest. I don't know exactly how it works. But one thing one it is that you solve riddles or answer trivia questions. Anyway, it looks really cool you guys should check it out sometime.

I've never heard of the gane, might be part of the Lort of the Rings merchandise.
Is the game just Bilbo's quest on a board and you have to follow to same route? Or is jusat the same setting as the Hobbit?

To tell you the truth I'm not entirly sure. It looked like a combination of both. Like it was Bilbo's basic adventure but they might have changed a few things around. I'll look at it again the next chance I get. If you want to look at it, I found it at Borders on the Lord of The Rings display.

I've got a Lotr game - I was going to get the Hobbit one but the guy in the shop said it was just "roll a dice, move a hobbit." I thought that was pretty funny

I think it's a little more than that. From what I read on the box, you move around the board, collect little gems, answer trivia questions things like that. It didn'y seem as easy as a roll the dice move around the board kind of game. Granted I didn't get a very good look at it. and who knows, we could be talking about two completely different games.
