This actor was citing that comment by Peter Jackson while commenting about TTT movie.

P.S. Radagast The Brown suggested you post a new citation from The Hobbit in "Wheel of Fortune."

Was it Kieran (Elijah's double)? (Wild guess because you said Elijah was close in a way )

Ah, no. The "close" refers to the extended dvd.
That's where the quote came from.

Nope. It's not Elijah Wood or Sean Astin. Who could it be?

Whew! Finally!

Now I can post my fun and easy quote:

"And to all the guys making this...thanks for making the dvd, but is it really, really necessary for us to be naked during this, because I'm getting quite cold!"

Ok there are only two guys that were in these movies that I can think of that might say something like that and they are Dom and Billy. So they are my guess, and if I only get one guess then I will go with Dom.

I will leave, I will leave the woods that bore me;
For our days are ending and our years failing.
I will pass the wide waters lonely sailing.
Long are the waves on the Last Shore falling,
Sweet are the voices in the lost Isle calling,
In Eresëa, in Elvenhome that no man can discover,
Where the leaves fall not: land of my people forever!”

No, it wasn't Dom it was...Christopher Lee! No, I'm kidding, it was Billy. You can go.

A question about future quotes on this thread. Does PJ count as an actor (he put himself briefly in the movies)? If so, and ROTK wins some awards, keep an ear out tonight for future quotes in acceptance speeches.

And about the last quote, wasn't that at the end of the dvd? And anyone know if there's any progress on some speculations of Dom and Billy making a buddy movie? Not saying they're Hope and Crosby, but it could be interesting.

Yes, it was the last line of the FotR EE cast commentary. Don't know about the other stuff.

I personally don't think he should count, even if he did make a cameo. What scene was the cameo? Was PJ actually Gothmog?

“The interaction of the characters and the way Peter has inspired everyone to connect to this, is what will last.”

I think it's one of the hobbits. Maybe Dominic Monaghan?
