Down With Love
Down With Love is a superb movie, and the best romantic comedy in ages (in a time where romantic comedies that are even watchable are a rare find). I watched it today and it just blew me away with its hilarity and sheer style. It's a parody of the early-'60s Technicolor romance flick, kind of like what The Princess Bride did to fantasy. I want to hug this movie.
Go see it. And make sure you stay through the end credits. Full review coming soon.

Ewan McGregor and Renee Zellweger.
And they sing. That should be enough to convince any sane person to see the movie, lest he be a romantic-comedy-hater at all costs.

As much as I am against most chick flicks, this one actually has me interested because of the retro thing. I figure my girlfriend might want to see it so I will probably end up watching it.

It's a very cute. Very well done, funny, lovable etc. I found it took itself a little too lightly, but it certainly did a great job of worshipping and poking fun of the early sixties.

Oh hell yeah. The direction and editing were impeccably precise. And you should really go see this movie.
If only someone could get Peyton Reed to do a proper version of The Avengers to make up for that travesty a few years back.

No, it wasn't based on any comics, it was based on the '60s British TV show. Best spy show EVER. I think I'm going to watch an episode right now.
