The Tolkien Trail Award got its roots in Benjamin's Tolkien Award, which was given out at my old site from 1997 to 1999. We re-launched the award at the Trail in July 2002, to commemorate the second "birthday" of TT. Every month, another site will win the award and get to select one of the following award images. To nominate a site, please email us. Winners will be announced on a totally random date.
